Handover is not a ribbon. It is a slow walk through every room with the project lead, a pen, and a list.
The walk-through checklist
Open and close every door, drawer, and shutter.
Switch on every light and test every socket.
Run every tap and check under the sinks.
Look at paint and joinery edges in daylight.
Check that the AC drains and the remotes work.

Handover day, after the last snag was closed.
